Complete all tasks prior to each rental period ending:
❑ Place all trash in closed receptacles on the outside of the clubhouse. (Trash bags in the white kitchen island right-hand bottom drawer)
❑ Wipe down tables
❑ Wipe down kitchen counters
❑ Sweep or vacuum and mop floors (broom, vacuum and mop in the men's bathroom closet)
❑ Remove perishables from refrigerator. Turn off refrigerator and leave door open. ($25 fee if incomplete)
❑ Turn off AC/heating ($25 fee if incomplete)
❑ Turn off lights. Double check that bathroom lights are off. ($25 fee if incomplete)
❑ Clean up street signage, balloons, flyers, etc. ($125 fee if incomplete)
