Clubhouse Cleaning Checklist

Complete all tasks prior to each rental period ending:

❑ Place all trash in closed receptacles on the outside of the clubhouse

❑ Wipe down tables

❑ Wipe down kitchen counters

❑ Vacuum floors (use vacuum in the women's bathroom closet)

❑ Remove perishables from refrigerator. Turn off refrigerator and leave door open. ($25 fee if incomplete)

❑ Turn off AC/heating ($25 fee if incomplete)

❑ Turn off lights ($25 fee if incomplete)

❑ Clean up street signage, balloons, flyers, etc. ($125 fee if incomplete)
