If you don't have an AppFolio account for your JOA membership, please sign up here.
Dues are generally due on the 1st of the year, and considered late in March.
Reminder
Annual Association Dues are due January 1st, 2025 and are $465.
Dues are not late until 90 days - March 31st, 2025
You can avoid a 10% late penalty by paying no later than March 31st, 2025
Pricing for online appfolio payments are as follows:
Credit Card: 3.49% of the total amount per transaction
Debit Card: $9.99 per transaction
eCheck: $2.49 per transaction
You can avoid ANY fee by paying via Check made out to Jackson Oaks Association and mail to:
